BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Arvin Color Guard team took home the silver at the WGI World Championships in Dayton, Ohio. The team had already wonthe WGI Western Championships in Las Vegas in March.

A homecoming celebration was held for them at Arvin High School when they returned on Sunday, April 7. Families and community members congratulated the team while 'We Are The Champions' by rock band Queen played in the background.
