CALIFORNIA (KERO) — Local assemblyman Vince Fong introduced legislation for crime victims and their families.
Assembly Bill 313 aims to protect the families of victims and provide more transparency within the state Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation system.
The bill is expected to move to the Assembly Appropriations Committee for consideration.
