Juicing can be scary to some people and often does not seem appetizing to everyone, but Nature's Food Market and Juice Bar wants to change that stigma.

Bakersfield local Chuck Naus opened this shop with his wife to make healthy living more accessible to everyone. He taught health and nutrition for 35 years and this was the perfect next step.

For those hesitant to try, Chuck recommends people start with carrot veggie juice and a chocolate peanut butter shake. He also says dessert is another way to ease into this raw trend,
