BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – Practices are underway this week for the Bakersfield All-Star Bowl Game, sponsored by the United States Army.
The county’s top high school athletes and cheerleaders are preparing for the big game happening on Friday night at 6 pm at the Rabobank Arena.
