BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — The Bakersfield City School District Education Foundation received funding for science, technology, reading, creative writing, and the arts.
The funding came from the 25th-anniversary Teddy Bear Picnic lunch event at the Marriott Hotel on Truxtun Avenue on Thursday, December 8th. The luncheon included a silent auction of gift baskets and prizes for guests.
