BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Museum of Art said its annual spring fundraiser, ARTMIX, is moving online this year.

This year, the museum said instead of an off-the-wall art sale, museum supporters will be able to browse and buy artwork at BMoA’s website, from more than 60 artists. Items will be priced at $100, $250 and $400, starting Thursday.

Proceeds from the sale benefit both BMoA and the artist, so every purchase supports both the arts and your local community.

In addition to online art sales, the museum will offer special ARTMIX food and drink specials available for both dine-in and carry-out from now to July 11. Patrons need only mention BMoA when they order, and a portion of their total bill will be donated to BMoA. Moo Creamery and The Kitchen will help kick off the month-long celebration.
