Bakersfield Police arrested a Bakersfield man in connection with a downtown nightclub shooting. 

Victor Orozco, is suspected of shooting a man during an argument outside Nuvo Club and Lounge at 21st Street and Chester Avenue, according to BPD.

BPD arrested Orozco, 23, on Thursday for two counts of attempted murder and one count of assault with a firearm. 

Three people were shot in the incident and are expected to survive.

Orozco was booked into the Kern County Jail.
