BEAR VALLEY SPRINGS, Calif. — Bear Valley Spring saw their first snow of the season today. In high elevation areas, some residents saw approximately 3 inches of snow.
However, road visibility became increasingly worse throughout the day up the mountain.
A mixture of rain and snow covered the ground, leaving roads slick and wet.
