BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — UPDATE 1:49 P.M.) Southbound Highway 184 is back open following big rig fire Tuesday.
The fire broke out 9:47 a.m. near the Hwy. 58 overpass.
Caltrans is reporting all roads have reopened.

Southbound Highway 184 is currently closed due to a big rig fire near the Highway 58 overpass, according to Caltrans.
Caltrans said traffic being detoured onto Westbound 58 for the time being.
Officials estimate the scene will be cleared and roads will reopen around 1 p.m.
