BPD is hosting a Halloween Spookfest to celebrate Halloween a day early.

Special enforcement unit officers and other community partners will be at Lowell Park with candy, food, music, and costume prizes to give you the Halloween feeling before Halloween night.

BPD's Halloween Spookfest is from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, October 30 at Lowell Park on 4th Street in Central Bakersfield.
