BPD looking for missing 13-year-old considered at-risk due to medical condition

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community's help in finding a missing 13-year-old girl who is considered at risk due to a medical condition.

Rabecca Hayes is described as a White female, standing 5-foot, 3-inches tall and weighing 148 pounds. She had black hair, brown eyes and a brown birthmark on the right side of the forehead. She was last seen wearing a red crop top style shirt, and black and grey tie-dye sweats.

Police said Hayes was last seen on Friday at 3:30 p.m., in the 100 block of Holtby Road, near H and Palm streets in Central Bakersfield.
