BPD looking for missing at-risk woman, last seen Wednesday in East Bakersfield

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for help finding a missing at-risk woman.

Yolanda Ybarra, 63, was last seen on Wednesday, in the area of Union Avenue near E. Truxtun Avenue. She is described as standing 5-foot 1-inch tall and weighing around 130 lbs. She has grey hair with red tips, brown eyes, and a tattoo of roses and the word “Tinker” on her left hand.

Ybarra is considered to be at risk due to medical conditions.
