BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for assistance identifying a person of interest related to a homicide investigation that took place back in February.
BPD says an innocent passerby was killed after a conflict escalated into a deadly shooting in East Bakersfield on February 14.
He is described as a Hispanic man between 35 and 40 years old with a mustache, dark hair and a medium build. He is approximately 5 feet 8 inches and was wearing a blue t-shirt and black pants.
