BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for assistance locating an at-risk runaway juvenile, 16-year-old Yessica Villegas.
She was last seen near 900 6th Street at approximately 3 a.m. on Wednesday, January 9. Villegas is listed as "at-risk" due to a medical condition.
She is described as a Hispanic female at 5 feet 9 inches and 150 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes, but the clothing she was wearing is currently unknown.
