Mandatory evacuations in place for residents in Anaheim Hills due to a fast-moving vegetation fire.
The blaze started just before 10 a.m. near the 91 Freeway, later causing the eastbound lanes of the freeway to completely shut down.
It quickly spread to 25 acres in a little over an hour due to high wind speeds of 25 mph.
