The charges for Tony Santiago who allegedly hit and killed a 9-year-old were dropped Wednesday.

In May 2016, Tony Santiago pulled out of the driveway of his girlfriend’s house in Oildale after a domestic dispute and hit her 9-year-old son as well as a 12-year-old.
