ARVIN, Calif. — UPDATED: The Arvin City Council approved the consideration of a commercial cannabis operation on Tuesday night.

The city council voted 3-1 to approve an introduction of an agreement between the City of Arvin and Cana Rose Realty Holdings for the development of certain commercial cannabis operations located at 901 Potato Road in Arvin.

The Arvin Planning Commission discussed the ordinance during its Monday night's meeting and approved the motion as well.
