BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — UPDATE (Feb. 18, 3:08 p.m.): The Coroner's Office has said that they were unable to determine the cause of death of Jessie Flores. The investigation is concluded, at this point.
The Kern County Coroner is asking for public assistance in locating the family of 52-year-old Jessie Flores who was found dead in a drainage sump near 2100 Mahoney Drive in South Bakersfield on October 12.
At this time, all efforts to locate the family have been unsuccessful and may have been living near the area where she was found. Please contact the coroner's office at (661) 868-0100 if you have information.
The cause and manner of death are pending at this time.
