BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Kern County coroner identified the victim of a traffic fatality on Highway 166 on Tuesday morning.
According to officials, 47-year-old Kenny Brian Robbins of Maricopa was the operator of a vehicle that collided with another just 2 miles east of Basic School Road in Maricopa. He died at the scene and a postmortem examination will be conducted to confirm the cause and manner of his death.
