The Kern County Coroner has identified 31-year-old Norma Natalie Santana as the pedestrian struck by a vehicle in Southeast Bakersfield on September 26.

The crash happened just after 7 p.m. on Wednesday near 1700 Cheatham Avenue. Officials say she was declared deceased at the scene from her injuries.
