The Coroner has identified a human skull found on Tejon Ranch property in back in January as 20-year-old David Thomas Garcia of Rosamond.
Hunters located a human skull while hunting in the Southeast area of Tejon Ranch off of Highway 138 and 300th Street West.

Deputies from the Kern County Sheriff’s Office Frazier Park Substation responded and determined the skull was human. Sheriff’s Office homicide detectives were notified, and responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.
The cause of death is still pending.
