Kern County Coroner's office have released the name of the man killed in Beale Ave. and Niles St. crash on Saturday.

BPD: Saturday Collision Turns Fatal, One Man Dead
The man was identified as 77-year-old Robert Minner of Bakersfield.
Officials said Minner was the passenger in a vehicle that was struck by another vehicle. He was transported to Kern Medical where he was pronounced deceased on Sunday.
A treating physician determined the cause of death to be Respiratory Failure, Neurogenic Shock, Spinal Cord Transection, and Motor Vehicle Accident.
Alcohol and drugs do not appear to be a factor in this collision.
