New court documents reveal more details in three sexual assault cases Brandon Robinson is allegedly involved in.
Robinson admitted to Bakersfield Police he was the suspect involved in all three cases being investigated, according to the documents.
However, in an interview with 23ABC a week ago, Robinson said he did not commit the crimes.
In the documents, Robinson and the victim of the Bakersfield College bathroom assault noted that the bathroom was pitch black during the assault. Robinson forced her around, threatening her if she screamed. Robinson then attempted to force sexual acts.
When security guards arrived, both of them were not fully clothed. Robinson quickly put his pants back on and attempted to hide in a stall. Robinson was handcuffed and originally gave officers a fake name, Malcolm Johnson, and an incorrect birth date.
The victim said she did not know Robinson. She was taking a break during a final exam and was using the restroom at the time the assault took place, according to the documents.

The court documents also show that Robinson lived with his sister. He had been going to counseling for things that transpired between him and his father. He denied using illegal drugs, prescription meds and consuming alcoholic beverages, according to the documents.
Robinson said he acted the way he did because of what happened to him in the past, not being in his right mind, his father's sexual addiction, and "Satan" having control of him, as detailed in a report.
