New court documents have been released in the double murder-suicide on July 22 on El Tejon Drive in Oildale.

The documents have new details on the man who killed two men, including his uncle, and then was perceived to have barricaded himself in a home for an hours long standoff with police.

According to the documents, Christopher Gray's family told the detectives he was a recent Muslim convert and was sympathetic to ISIS. Family members also told police that he referred to them as infidels, and he celebrated the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

23ABC spoke to a neighbor who said the victim of the standoff said Christopher Gray would clap and cheer whenever he saw people on TV claiming to work with ISIS.

Christopher began to go to a Muslim Church as well, the neighbor said.

30-year-old Gray was later identified as the man who suspected of robbing a Walmart on Rosedale Highway before committing suicide.
