BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Caltrans is reporting a crash on Northbound Highway 99 has closed the bypass lane at California Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol traffic website, traffic is backed up in the area. Officials are warning drivers of delays as they work to clear the scene.
