DELANO, Calif. - Delano City Council is meeting Monday night to discuss the future of marijuana within the city.
The council is considering an ordinance to amend a municipal code related to medical marijuana dispensaries, cooperatives, collectives and cultivation.
Delano has already banned harvesting medical marijuana businesses.

Cities are working to get ordinances on the books by the end of the year after Californians voted to legalize recreational use in the state.
