Deputies are looking to recover surveillance video from the Quality Gas station in Lamont where a father and son were fatally shot in late October, according to court documents.
Two men have been arrested in connection to the double homicide. Jim Langston and Darnell Hammond have both pled not guilty.
A third suspect, Myron Givan, is still missing.
The store is a family-run business.
