New details are emerging about the Kern County Sheriff's deputy, Gideon Allday, 26, who was arrested on Saturday, May 7th on four felony counts and two misdemeanors.
According to the court documents, the victim reported "Allday struck her in the face multiple times, strangled her with his hand around her neck, bit her on the hand, and attempted to gouge her eye."

The victim also reported "Allday threatened to kill her several times and held her inside the residence by her arm and leg to prevent her from exiting the residence."
The court documents show that "officers located in plain view of the residence a pill bottle that contained several bags of marijuana and a meth glass smoking pipe."
Allday is facing seven charges including willful cruelty to a child, spousal abuse, false imprisonment, threatening to terrorize and possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia.
Allday was arraigned in court on Tuesday and is currently being held on $50,000 bail and is due back in court May 19th.
