Former KCSO deputy Ed Tucker was in court today for violating his probation.

Tucker admitted to violating his probation and waived his right to a trial.

He was then taken into custody and will have to serve 180 days in jail.

Five days after he’s released he’ll have to report back to the probations department, take part in their electric monitoring program, seek psychiatric counseling, and take all psychiatric medication.
