The family and friends of the man who drowned in Truxtun Lake last month gathered Thursday night to honor his memory.

Joshua Martin was found dead in Truxtun Lake on August 17. He often fished there, according to his family.

Due to the sudden nature of his death, the family is seeking donations to cover funeral expenses through a GoFundMe page.
