A fatal shooting was reported in Northeast Bakersfield Friday night at Miller and Bernard Streets.
The victim was taken to Kern Medical where he later died. The suspect ran from the scene.
There are few witnesses, according to deputies.
The shooting happened within 50 yards of a shooting that happened Thursdaynight. It is unknown if the two incidents are related.
