BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Garces Memorial High School announced it is canceling its 31st Annual Holiday Soccer Tournament, scheduled for Dec. 11 and 12, because
of scheduling complications.
The school said it is unable to find a workable date in the spring for schools traveling from all around the state, as well as scheduling fields, staff and officials.
"Our goal is to renew the tournament in December of the 2021-22 school year. I'm sorry for any inconvenience that will cause you. I hope to see you all again next school year," said school officials.
