Gender reveal smoke explosives left outside Wind Wolves Preserve

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Wind Wolves Preserve is calling out some unknown subjects for leaving gender reveal smoke explosives outside the main gate entrance to the preserve.

The explosives are just like the one that caused the recent El Dorado Fire that has burned over 14,000 acres in San Bernardino and Riverside counties, including portions of the Oak Glen and Bear Paw Preserves.

Wind Wolves is calling on locals to help protect the preserve and our community from wildfire risk by not use smoking devices, including cigarettes, smoke bombs, or fireworks, on or near the preserve.
