BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — Golden Empire Transit will hold a public hearing Tuesday to discuss a proposal for changes in transit service as a result of the ongoing pandemic.
According to the proposal, certain routes will stop running earlier in the day while others will see the frequency of their trips changed. They'll also take public comments on unmet transit needs that exist in the Bakersfield area.
The meeting will be held Tuesday, February 16th at 5:30 p.m.
Anyone interested in leaving a comment is welcomed to do so on the GET bus website before 1 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
