DELANO, Calif. (KERO) — According to the California Highway Patrol, there is a closure on Highway 99 near Delano due to flooding.
At this time, the right two northbound lanes are closed near 11th Avenue. The California Department of Transportation (CalTrans) is working to clear the road.
