Houchin Community Blood Bank is hosting a blood drive in honor of Brayden.
Brayden Eidenshink is a Bakersfield boy who had been on a heart transplant list for close to four and a half years before receiving a heart transplant.
The blood drive will be held Monday, November 5 through Wednesday, November 7 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at any one of two Houchin Donor Centers.
The blood drive is set to honor Fight Like Brayden Day on Wednesday, November 7. Donors are also asked to wear red.
