BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Kern County Sheriff's Office announced congratulations are in order for the winners of its Halloween costume contest!
First prize went to the Rodriguez kids, submitted by their mom, Nikki Rodriguez.
Second prize went to Elijah Saldana submitted by Amber Cortez and third prize went to Piper and Kaiden Connolly submitted by their mom Candice Klocke.
KCSO also shared some honorable mentions.
