Deputies have arrested 32-year-old Eloy Quezada who was wanted and accused of the death of 39-year-old Jack Perrigo.

At about 1:54 p.m., deputies were sent to 200 Lincoln Avenue Bakersfield, CA 93308 to the report of a deceased male. 

Deputies said they found Perrigo dead with suspicious injuries to his body. 

At about 2:50 p.m. Friday, detectives arrested 32-year-old Eloy Quezada for the murder of Jack Perrigo.  

Quezada is currently being held at the Lerdo Pre-Trial Facility without bail. Quezada is scheduled for arraignment on 5-24-16 at 3 pm in the Bakersfield Superior Court.
