BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — UPDATE: The Kern County Sheriff's Office has found 5-year-old Elizabeth Michelle Powers.

Kern County Sheriff's Office is asking for the community's help locating an at-risk missing 5-year-old girl last seen Wednesday morning in the Lake Isabella area.

Elizabeth Michelle Powers is 4-feet tall and weighs around 45 pounds. She has brown hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a teal and silver bathing suit.

She was last seen at 2 a.m. in the area of Old Isabella Recreation site in Lake Isabella.
