Report: Oildale man strangled to death

Jack Perrigo, 39, was strangled to death according to a coroner's release by the Kern County Sheriff's Office released Monday. 

On May 17, 2016, officials responded to 200 Lincoln Avenue Bakersfield, CA 93308 to the report of a deceased male and found Perrigo dead with suspicious injuries to his body.

Three days later deputies arrested 32-year-old Eloy Quezada who was wanted and accused of the death of 39-year-old Jack Perrigo.

At about 2:50 p.m. Friday May 20, 2016, detectives arrested 32-year-old Eloy Quezada for the murder of Jack Perrigo.  

Quezada is currently being held at the Lerdo Pre-Trial Facility without bail. Quezada is scheduled for arraignment on 5-24-16 at 3 pm in the Bakersfield Superior Court.
