BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — The Kern County Sheriff's Officer released a video message that included clips of body-worn camera footage from an Oct. 28 manhunt in East Bakersfield that left a man dead.

According to KCSO, 30-year-old Justin Esqueda was shot by KCSO deputies following an hours-long manhunt in the area of Dartmouth Street.
