TAFT, Calif. (KERO) — A group of Kern County firefighters and Hall Ambulance in Taft helped deliver a baby last Wednesday.

According to a post on the department's Facebook page, on February 10, firefighters from Station 21 in Taft and Hall Ambulance helped bring this bundle of joy into the world. Today those same firefighters brought her a "welcome home" onesie.

KCFD shared both the mother and the child are doing well.
