(UPDATE September 19, 2018 10:08 a.m.) All lanes are now open on the northbound I-5 near Grapevine Rd., according to CHP.

CHP says two lanes on I-5 near Grapevine Rd. will be temporarily closed after a semi-truck crash.

The #3 and #4 lane of northbound I-5 just south of Grapevine Rd. will be closed for approximately two hours.

According to CHP, a semi-truck crashed through the guardrail around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 18. The semi-truck flipped onto its side. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle and appeared to have minor injuries. 

CHP says the lane closure is to help them finish clearing the roadway. They expect the lanes to be open after two hours.
