Ali Kent, a contestant on Supermarket Sweep has won $100,000 dollars.

Kent currently lives in San Franscico but grew up here in Bakersfield.

She says her and her partner were fans of the show in the 90's and thought that after seeing a casting call the pair thought the show was a no brainer.

We spoke with her before her appearance where she told us that her number one fan, her grandma, was anxiously waiting for her episode to air.

"Out of All of my family in Bakersfield I think my granny is the most excited to watch. we've been talking about it she's been waiting for this episode t come on. She keeps telling me that she has all of Bakersfield ready to watch. " said Kent.
