TEHACHAPI, Calif. — A magnitude 3.5 earthquake shook the area of Tehachapi Friday evening, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
According to the USGS, the quake had an epicenter nearly 9 miles south-southwest of Tehachapi at around 8:17 p.m.
The earthquake had a small depth of 0.8 of a kilometer.
According to Tehachapi City spokesperson Key Budge, there are no clear signs of damage detected and no reported problems so far.
As of 8:40 p.m. Friday, 22 people reported feeling the quake. If you felt it, report it here.
