BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — 34-year-old Michael Rosales has been arrested and charged in connection to the murder of a 23-year-old in South Bakersfield in 2017, according to Bakersfield police.
Officials said that Rosales was arrested at the U.S. Mexico border on Monday.
In March 2017, Miguel Angel Garcia died due from multiple stab wounds.
Rosales is due in court on December 18.
