The man that was stabbed to death at a party in Ridgecrest on July 30 has been identified, the Kern County Sheriff's Office said Thursday.

Deputies found Malik Jamal Mallett of Ridgecrest with a stab wound in his chest at 1566 W. Dolphin Street around 1:30 a.m.

Mallett, 21, was taken to Ridgecrest Hospital where he died from his injuries. 

Two other victims were also stabbed and were taken to the hospital. Their current conditions are unknown.
