BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — When the coronavirus pandemic hit and the state began shutting down, one-by-one shows and events began announcing cancellations and postponements. Now there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Mechanics Bank Arena announced new dates for some of the shows postponed due to COVID-19.
The following new dates have been announced:
- Brett Young -- originally scheduled for April 26 -- New date May 13, 2021
- Chris Stapleton -- originally scheduled for June 11, 2020 -- New date June 17, 2021
- JoJo Siwa -- originally scheduled for March 17/June 12 -- New date June 22, 2021
- Trolls LIVE! -- originally scheduled for July 21-22, 2020 -- New dates July 20-21, 2021
- Matchbox Twenty -- originally scheduled for September 27 -- New date September 28, 2021.
Ticketholders should retain their current tickets, which will be valid for the rescheduled date. Once a new date has been announced, ticketholders will have 30 days to request a refund if they cannot attend the new date.
