Michelle Smith, the grandmother of Anakin McKie, a 4-month-old baby who died in a February homicide, says Daniel McKie is at fault for the baby's death.

Daniel McKie was arrested Thursday and booked on a first-degree murder charge. During a jailhouse interview with 23ABC Thursday night, Daniel McKie said the baby's death was an accident after he tripped on the baby's breathing equipment while holding the baby.

Smith says Daniel had posted a message on Facebook asking people how to kill a baby while in the hospital shortly after the baby was born three and a half months premature.
