For the third day in a row, the morning starts with a two hour snow and ice delay for the El Tejon Unified School District. The Tehachapi Unified School District was also put on a two hour snow and ice delay.

The Superintendent of Schools made the call for both districts about 5 a.m. But then just before 7 a.m. the announcement was made that the Tehachapi schools would be closed for the day. The announcement to close the El Tejon district came about half an hour later.
